Before use, perform a patch test on limbs to confirm no allergic reaction. If discomfort occurs, stop use immediately and consult a physician.
How to Use:
Squeeze out an appropriate amount of Ku Hair-Free Cream and apply in the direction of hair growth. It must be applied thickly (about 1–2 mm) to fully cover the hair.
Let it sit for about 20–25 minutes. For first-time users or thicker/denser hair, allow longer (＞25 minutes). Observe if hairs curl like seaweed (ideally hair near root also curls) — indicates the cream has fully penetrated. If not, leave on a bit longer.
In the shower, wet the charcoal sponge, add shower gel, and lather. (If the treated area is intimate skin, you may use the calendula mild intimate cleansing gel, which contains calendula, soothing ingredients, and is non-cooling—ideal for sensitive skin post-hair removal.)
While showering, use the foamy charcoal fiber sponge against hair growth (back and forth) to remove hair until clean.
Rinse and pat dry, then apply the soothing moisturizing gel to the treated area. Massage until fully absorbed (no need to rinse off). This enhances hydration, soothes skin, tightens pores, and leaves skin soft.
If the treated area is intimate or very sensitive, you can replace the charcoal sponge with an intimate–pH wet wipe or just use pure water wet wipe. Use gentle pressure without pulling the skin.
For repeated hair removal, allow an interval of at least 24–72 hours (for intimate areas, recommend 3–7 days) and strengthen hydration during interval.

Q: Can pregnant women use it?
A: The product is formulated without retinoic acid and no estrogen, and passes microbial testing with high standard. Q: Why is there still some hair left after use?
A: Please check the following:
a. The cream must fully cover at least 90% of hair.
b. For coarse hair, increase application time to 25 minutes and observe if hair curls like seaweed.
c. During removal, lather the sponge with body wash/cleansing gel and gently scrub while rinsing; you may go back and forth a few times.
d. For coarse hair, the first application may leave small hair “stubs.” Clean thoroughly then apply the soothing gel; after 24 hours applying again (or if sensitive skin, wait ≥5 days) you should get very clean results. Monitor skin condition before next use.
Q: Why is there some itchiness after use?
A: After removing hair, the skin is in a more sensitive, fragile state. Applying the soothing gel helps moisturize and significantly reduce itching.
